Volunteers invited to help drive forward our commitment to customer service

We’re inviting customers to play their part in our continued commitment to improve our services, by participating in our scrutiny focus group activities.

The focus group works alongside the Irvine HA Customer Panel to review current activities and information in depth and to help identify where further improvements could be made.

There are two ways that customers can get involved:

  1. By joining the scrutiny focus group which will meet via online video calls three times over the next two months. This is a time commitment of around 12-16 hours in total with the first meeting planned for w/c 13 July, and the remaining 2 meetings due to be held w/c 17 August.
  2. By volunteering to take part in the scrutiny activities without being part of the focus group. Individual scrutiny volunteers will help with activities such as mystery shopping, interviews with staff and reviewing information. All activities will be carried out either online or by phone. Individual scrutiny activities will take place between Monday 27 July and Friday 7 August.

Each volunteer who attends all focus group meetings will receive a £50 shopping voucher. Those who take part in individual scrutiny activities will be entered into a prize draw for a £30 shopping voucher for each scrutiny activity they successfully complete.

These volunteering opportunities are open to all Irvine HA customers and the deadline to register interest is Thursday 9 July.
