Irvine Housing Association aims to provide a quality service with high standards, professionalism and integrity at all times.
To monitor and improve customer service, the Association will ask customers to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey Form. All fully completed forms are entered into a free quarterly Prize Draw for a chance to win a store gift voucher.
The latest winner of the Prize Draw was Mr Pendlebury of Irvine. Association Board Member, Jean Sweeney and Housing Officer, Janice Quinn, presented Mr Pendlebury with a B&Q Gift Card for the value of £25.00. The presentation took place in the Association’s Head Office on 29 April 2008.
