Irvine Housing Association aims to provide a quality service with high standards, professionalism and integrity at all times.
To monitor and improve customer service, the Association will ask customers to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey Form. All fully completed forms are entered into a free quarterly Prize Draw for a chance to win a store gift voucher.
The latest winner of the Prize Draw was Mrs Mari Clarke of Irvine. Housing Administration Assistant, Joan Inches, presented Mrs Clarke with an Asda Gift Card for the value of £25.00. The presentation took place at Cranberry Moss Community Centre on 15 July 2008.
