Tenant Participation

The Association has undertaken to involve tenants whenever possible in the development and delivery of our housing service's by consulting tenants individually and through tenant representatives, by conducting tenant's satisfaction surveys and by encouraging and supporting Registered Tenant Organisations.

The Association is committed to working with tenants to improve the housing service. We are keen to see as many tenants as possible involved in this process and we actively and regularly work with and financially support Registered Tenant Organisations. We are also committed to carefully researching tenants views before taking decisions affecting housing services. We have a Tenant Participation Strategy in place, which is reviewed in consultation with Registered Tenant Organisations and individual tenants.
