Kilwinning lies approx 3 miles north of Irvine. In 1966 Kilwinning was included within the designation of the New Town of Irvine.

We have various house types within Kilwinning town centre, Woodside and Whitehirst Park. These are 1 and 2 bedroom bungalows, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom houses, 1 and 2 bedroom flats, and 2 bedroom maisonettes, bedsits, and 1 and 2 bedroom sheltered houses.

Pennyburn, Kilwinning

Pennyburn is an area located within Kilwinning and was built as part of the new town development.
