Housing ServicesHousing Services is ade up of three specialist teams. Our Customer Services Team looks after all initial enquiries and visitors to the office and offers a range of support, guidance, information and advice. To speak to one of our Customer Services Advisors, please call 0845 112 6600. The Housing Team is made up of experienced Housing Officers who spend as much time as they can visiting our customers and communities and helping customers with more complex enquiries. Our Community Involvement Team's primary function is to ensure that our communities influence our policies, procedures and performance. They are also responsible for identifying the needs of our customers and communities and sourcing existing projects, new initiatives or funding streams to meet these needs.
