In 2005 Irvine Housing Association in partnership with Dumfries and Galloway Council, refurbished a Grade B listed Georgian Town House in the heart of Dumfries Town Centre. Refurbishment work began in September 2005 by Ashleigh Construction and was subsequently completed in May 2006. The development comprises of 6-flatted properties, currently being rented to Dumfries and Galloway Council as part of their effort to address homelessness within the Dumfries area.
