Montgomerie Park is the most recent project to be competed. The development was completed in November 2007, with all tenants moved in and settled before Christmas. The development comprises of 45 quality homes for rent, with 34 two-bedroom general needs properties, 10 three-bedroom general needs properties and one wheelchair property.
Throughout the construction phase the local primary school, Annick Primary were involved in various activities including a site visit.
The Deputy First Minister for Scotland and Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing, Nicola Sturgeon MSP, officially opened the development by unveiling a plaque on 7 April 2008. North Ayrshire Council’s Provost, Robert Rae, the Association’s Chairman, Tommy Farrell and Chief Executive, Paul Hillard assisted Ms Sturgeon.
