The Association has secured grant funding from the Scottish Government for the purchase of 14
off-the-shelf flatted properties within Lovell’s Courtyard Development, Ballot Road, Irvine.

The 6 x 2 bed/3 person and 8 x 2 bed/4 person flats were acquired on 30 November 2009 and all properties were successfully let on that day. The 14 properties are part of a private development which will include a further 20 flats and 14 townhouses. The properties have dedicated parking and are close to the town centre.
