The Association has secured grant funding from North Ayrshire Council for the purchase of 8
off-the-shelf flatted properties at Townfoot Lane, Dreghorn.

The 8 x 2 bed/3 person flats were acquired on 16 December 2009 and all properties were successfully let on that day. The 8 properties are part of a private development which includes a further 4 flats. The properties have dedicated parking.
