Irvine Housing Association is pleased to announce that work on their latest new build development at Littlemill Road, Drongan commenced on site on 7 September 2009.

The development will comprise 22 new build quality homes for rent, 12 of which will be two-bedroom general needs houses, 7 will be three-bedroom general needs houses, 1 will be a four-bedroom general needs house and 2 will be two-bedroom amenity bungalows. The development is due to be completed by summer 2010.

Robert Potter and Partners is the appointed Architect for the project and local company Ashleigh (Scotland) Ltd is the Main Contractor.
