The Association's Development Programme continues to grow.

From our first new build development at Littlestane Court, Irvine, in 2002 the Association now has a number of developments at various stages.

We are currently on site at Littlemill Road, Drongan with a new build development of 22 units Littlemill Road, Drongan 2009-2010.

We have been progressing a number of development projects in partnership with the Scottish Government and the Local Authorities in the areas that we operate, namely North and East Ayrshire, and Dumfries & Galloway Councils.
