The Association's Development Programme continues to grow.
From our first new build development at Littlestane Court, Irvine, in 2002 the Association now has a number of developments at various stages.
The most recent project to be completed was in November 2007 at Pavilion Gardens, Montgomerie Park, Irvine. This was a 45 new build development of 44 mainstream general needs properties and 1 wheelchair property for rent.
We have been progressing a number of development projects in partnership with Communities Scotland and the Local Authorities in the areas that we operate, namely North and East Ayrshire, and Dumfries & Galloway Councils.
