Applying for a House

If you are 16 years of age or over you can apply to go on the Association’s housing list. To apply you need to complete a Housing Application Form. These are available at our housing offices where staff can help you complete the form if you need assistance.

The applicant’s circumstances will be assessed in accordance with the legislative framework and the Allocation Policy. An applicant may satisfy more than one need criteria and will, therefore, be allocated the appropriate points in accordance with their circumstances. The right to be admitted to the Association’s housing list does not mean the right to be allocated a tenancy.

Application Forms can be obtained from the Association’s offices.
