Paying Rent

Rent payments are due weekly in advance, on the Monday of each week. Your annual rent charge is divided by 48 to allow 4 “rent-free” weeks in the year. You will be advised each year which weeks will be the “rent-free” weeks.

How do I pay my Rent?

All tenants are issued with an Allpay rent payment card as a means of paying rent. Your rent payment card can be used upon receipt at any Post Office branch or any outlet displaying the Paypoint or Payzone logo.

A receipt will be issued and your payment card returned to you after each payment has been made. You will not be charged for using this facility.

Click on the following link for a full listing of Paypoint or Payzone outlets in your area.

If you prefer you can set up a standing order with your bank.

In the interest of security, rent payments are not taken at any of our offices.
