Chief Executive - Paul Hillard BA (Hons), MBA, MCIH
As the Chief Executive and Secretary of Irvine Housing Association Paul has direct responsibility for advising the Board on strategic issues, ensuring the Association is governed appropriately and providing leadership to the staff team. He also has overall control and management of the Association’s operation, ensuring all activities are carried out in an effective and efficient manner consistent with the Associations values and objectives.
Paul is a Corporate Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is a Master of Business Administration. He commenced his career in housing twenty years ago. He has worked in a range of roles and has experience in housing management and maintenance, supported housing, housing development and estate regeneration. He has senior management experience as an Area Director with the Places for People Group and, latterly, as Director of Operations for Headrow Housing Group in Leeds.
During his career Paul has undertaken a secondment to a Regional Development Agency, providing housing input to its Regional Economic Strategy. He has also been involved with the development of several innovative social regeneration initiatives addressing issues of local employment and training, affordable childcare provision and financial exclusion. |

Director of Housing & Support Services - Anne Evans DipHS MCIH
Anne is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. Her responsibilities as the Association’s Director of Housing & Support Services include estate and tenancy management including allocation of void properties, rent arrears, sheltered housing, community involvement and tenant participation, right to buy and area office services.
Anne previously worked for Irvine Development Corporation for over 25 years, working in various housing positions, latterly as Assistant Housing Manager to the Chief Housing Officer. In this role she was also heavily involved in housing related wind-up matters for the Corporation, including the disposal of its housing stock to successor landlords. |

Director of Technical Services - Frank Donohoe ACIOB
Frank is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Building. His responsibilities as the Association’s Director of Technical Services include property and landscape maintenance, contracts, development, health and safety and area office technical work. Frank has a long experience of practical, supervisory and managerial technical work and was previously employed by Irvine and Livingston Development Corporations. |

Director of Executive Services - Mairi Martin CIPD
Mairi is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. In addition to Mairi’s Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources she also has a Higher National Diploma in Information Technology. Her responsibilities as the Association’s Director of Executive Services include employment, personnel, learning and development, payroll, pensions, administrative support services, front line company services, data protection, public relations and marketing, company secretarial and research. She is also responsible for all IT issues including projects, strategy plans, systems and procedures. Mairi’s previous roles have included IT Manager and Software Development Manager in large private sector companies. Mairi has been in management for the last fourteen years but has been in IT for over seventeen years and Human Resources for over five years. |
