Irvine Housing Association aims to provide a quality service with high standards, professionalism and integrity at all times.
To monitor and improve customer service, the Association will ask customers to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey Form. All fully completed forms are entered into a free quarterly Prize Draw for a chance to win a store gift voucher.
The latest winners of the Prize Draw were Mr and Mrs Sharp of Irvine. Association Board Member, Mary Marks and Housing Officer, Aileen Armstorng, presented Mr Sharp with an Asda Gift Card for the value of £25.00. The presentation took place in the Association’s Head Office on 8 January 2009.
